Glen-l marine designs has been serving the amateur boat builder since 1953 and we’ve been in our bellflower location since 1956. my name is gayle brantuk, the daughter of glen l. witt, and i run our family business.. Glen l witt – founder of glen l marine passes away. the family is making plans for a memorial and we will keep you informed. the project of building my first glen-l boat was truly a healing process for me at the time, and i thank glen for that. over the years, i’ve gotten to interact with gayle and the glen-l family.. Glen has been an ispiration for me for thirty years. i have dreamed about building a boat and purchased plans and books. some years ago, i happened to be in southern california on business and had the opportunity to visit glen l marine. i bought glen's book on plywood boat building and he was gracious enough to autograph it for me..
